CASINO MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Casino Manager to oversee our online casinos’ offerings and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the gaming industry and a commitment to ensuring an outstanding guest experience on our online platforms. The Casino Manager will be responsible for managing the casino offerings across all brands.

What we can expect from you:​

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the online casino industry;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategies for improvement;

Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering a high level of service;

Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends;

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task, and high-pressure environment;

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

What you can expect from us and your job:

Oversee the Casino and Live Casino across all brands, ensuring an organized, localized, dynamic, and up-to-date offering;

Manage and develop relationships with 3rd parties, including Game Studios and Game Aggregators;

Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies;

Monitor and analyze casino performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability;

Coordinate with product and QA teams for all new game integrations and pre-launch tests;

Address and resolve issues promptly and professionally with 3rd parties;

Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams to plan new releases and promotions for each brand;

Conduct competitor and market analysis for the different regions and brands;

Run gameplay analysis to ensure fair and responsible gaming practises;

Report on casino activity per brand, focusing on trends, releases, integrations, active players and all relevant Casino business metrics.
